Triple Crown holds Utah Category 15 (Wood Destroying Organisms) licensing, which covers both new-construction termite pre-treatments and treatment of an active infestation in an existing home. Subterranean termites are established throughout Sanpete and Juab Counties, and untreated damage is rarely covered by homeowners insurance.

- Pre-construction treatment tailored to the build:
- Liquid soil treatment
- Boracare wood treatment
- Post-construction Trelona bait stations
- WDO inspections, interior and exterior, with reports provided for real-estate transactions
- Active infestation treatment built around Trelona Annual Termite Baiting Stations, with liquid injection or foam spot treatment used only where specific problem areas call for it
- Annual service agreement with warranty coverage (retreatment, or retreatment plus repair, depending on the property)
